Concierge Terms

Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on TouchUp, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
Who Can Use TouchUp
TouchUp has two kinds of accounts: clients, who browse and request bookings, and artists (photographers, videographers, makeup artists, decorators, mehndi artists, and caterers), who publish a profile and respond to booking requests.
Bookings Are Between You and the Artist
TouchUp is a discovery and coordination platform. We do not process payments, and we're not a party to the agreement between a client and an artist - the price, scope, and delivery of any wedding service is arranged and fulfilled directly between the two of you.
Reviews
Clients can only leave a review for an artist after that artist marks the booking complete. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience - fabricated or incentivized reviews are not allowed and may be removed.
Content You Provide
Artists retain ownership of the photos they upload and grant TouchUp a license to display them on the platform. All profile and review content must be accurate and must not infringe on anyone else's rights.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not create fake accounts, submit fraudulent bookings or reviews, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent the booking-confirmation process that protects contact details.
Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including fake profiles, fraudulent activity, or abuse of other users.
Limitation of Liability
TouchUp is provided as-is. We don't guarantee the availability, conduct, or quality of work of any artist or client, since the platform only facilitates the introduction and booking request between parties.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the current version.
